Fennel & obesity
Have you ever followed a diet and found it difficult to lose weight after a while? Have you tried a long fasting period and was shocked for low weight loss? Do you always complain that your body does not respond to diet programs as efficiently as others do, though your doctor tells you that you do not suspect any hormonal disturbance? If you answered yes to the previous questions, you may need to know more about the whole fennel extract in natural olive oil and in natural apple cider vinegar.
Some people follow specific diets to reduce their weight, and sometimes they consciously do not want to eat, in order to get the ideal weight as soon as possible. But sometimes they quickly return the lost kilograms in a short time, and their weights may increase clearly, which frustrates them and push them to eat. You should take into account that weight loss requires a complete strategy that consists of a suitable diet for weight loss, exercise and change in the diet.
We recommend the use of whole extract of fennel in olive oil and in natural apple cider vinegar, which has a positive role in promoting slimming of the body.
A published study in 2016 in the Journal of Andrologia, a team of researchers from the University of Xanjan Medical Sciences in Iran has conducted a study on 56 rats. These rats were given a diet containing a high proportion of fat for 8 weeks. Accordingly their weight has increased by 25% . The rats were then divided into groups, one of these groups has given the fennel extract for 9 weeks to 16 weeks. The researchers then found that the treatment with the fennel extract helped these rats to lose their weight, confirming the role of fennel herb in weight loss. (Nejatbakhsh et al., 2016)
Scientists from the University of Granada in Spain in 2011 found that melatonin (a natural hormone produced from the pineal gland in the brain that regulates healthy sleep) has anti-obesity effects and protects against many health problems associated with it, such as high Blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and high blood cholesterol. (Jiménez-Aranda et al., 2013)
Since we believe in our balanced nutritional system, that a single-substance therapy is not efficient, due to the fact of synergism that we discovered in the holy Quran, where all texts and verses mention food and drinks in plural and synergy and not as individuals. Since the mechanisms of our chronic diseases are variable, it should be a variety of compounds, diets and mechanisms that counter act the mechanisms of diseases. Therefore, we see that the Holy Quran texts does not mention individual diets, rather it mentions them as groups, and this is in full agreement with the principle of medical synergism. Then, why we should add the herbal extract into both olive oil and apple cider vinegar? What are the secrets of Quran that stand behind that
Based on our expertise and experiences that we acquired through applying the synergistic principle of Quran, we recommend using the oily extract of fennel in virgin olive oil. Natural olive oil contains linoleic acid (CLA). A clinical study that was done on 60 volunteers who suffer the obesity. These 60 person were given the linoleic acid for 12 weeks. The results were published in 2000 in The Journal of Nutrition showed a 20% reduction in body fat, which equals loss of 7 pounds of weight. Moreover, Linoleic acid increases the activity of the electron transfer chain in the mitochondria, which increases the generation of energy within the cell, and this increases the metabolism rate. That means the body produce the energy from converting it from fats, and carbohydrates. Although olive oil is fat, but it contributes to burning fat in the body and does not lead to weight increase. (Blankson et al., 2000)
Moreover, the natural apple cider vinegar, which is the preservative of the aqueous extract d fennel, enhances the weight loss, because it contains acetic acid. A double-blind study was performed on obese people who were divided into two groups. One group of them did not take acetic acid, and the other group has taken acetic acid for 12 weeks. The results showed that apple cider vinegar lead to reduce weight, BMI and waist circumference, as well as reduced triglyceride levels in the blood.
Here, the principle of combining and medical synergism between the aqueous extract of fennel and natural apple vinegar appears. They work as a combination in the same mechanism but in different way. Consequently they give us better results for losing weight than if each one was used in individually. (Kondo et al., 2009)
